Neo nationalism is concerned with the growth,development and upliftment of people.It's about the holistic growth of individual citizens or nationals.It believes that nation or Govt. is their because people are their, not the reverse.It advocates that the nation is all about its nationals.These people give identity to the nation.If they are well educated,healthy,lead a happy life life,have access to modern amenities ,then the nation is called a developed one.That's why Neo Nationalism aims at development of each and every national.
But the growth should be inclusive as well as holistic one, i.e. every citizen should be able to develop irrespective of his caste, religion, creed, colour, sect or any such division.A particular section of society should not grow at the expense of others.This will lead to a feeling of hatred among the two sections.This will adversely affect unity and integrity of the nation.Neo Nationalism always advocates the concept of oneness.
Neo Nationalism is against all those who try to stop the development of this nation or are trying to divide nationals on any basis. It gives its citizens the right to kill all those anti nationals , the communists and the fundamentalists.It says that any killing done for development of masses or a nation is not a crime but a pious thing.Communists all over the world are anti nationals ,they say the local Govt is inefficient to run the nation, while Chinese are quite efficient to run their nations.They say Chinese govt will understand the needs of people better than the local govt.If communist govts are so capable why did people all over the world have rejected them???
Fundamentalists tend to divide the nation for their own selfish interests.

HOW TO ACHIEVE NEO NATIONALISM IN INDIA
1)EDUCATION:-
Education system in INDIA is quite faulty.The evalution system is worse ,it only evaluates the students expressive ability not not his knowledge or his other abilities.
->Most of our schools are govt run , and majority of them are in pitible conditions.Teachers are inadequate and those present are unwilling to impart education.The only way to regulate them is to introduce "voucher system" .It will create a competitive atmosphere , where teachers have have perform or perish. This will lead to improvement in quality of education .
->Vocational courses should be introduced , which students can take up ,if they are either weak or uninterested in studies.These courses should be intended towards giving them adequate skills so that they can earn a livelihood.
->Central institutes should be opened at various locations ,they should not be limited to metros only.
2)HEALTH:-
This sector is quite neglected in INDIA.
->We dont have either adequate number of hospitals or doctors.
->We lack a central plan to improve health facilies across the nation.
->Govt. should start centralised programmes to provide health to all.
3)ECONOMY:-
->PLANNING COMMISION set up by Central govt. should start programmes oriented towards inclusive growth.
->Subsidy system should be abolished except in medicine and agriculture, in the long run its a failed policy.
->Bureaucratic control on industry and entrepreneurship should be relaxed ,which would lead to increase in trade and commerce.
->Land acqusition laws should be reformed to suit changing times.Many of them are existant since British Raj.
->Govt should encourage people to start enterpreneurship in backward areas by providing loans at cheaper rates.
->Import duties on various electronic parts(not on finished parts) should be relaxed .
->PDS(Public Distribution System) should be abolished .It only increases poverty.The govt should rather focus on providing employment to the poor.
->Export oriented industries patronised as they are going to increase our forex reserve.
->Mining operation should be well regulated ,as excessive unplanned mining ahs led to many environmental problems .No one should be allowed to export ores only finished products be exported
->Poultry and fisheries have great potential in INDIA ,but they are unorganised .They can improve rural economy .So the govt need to start special programmes in this regard.
3)QUOTA:-
In INDIA quota or special reservation is given to backward castes but it should be given economically backward classes.But majority of economically backward people are also socially backward .
So ,if quota is given on basis of caste it has to be implremented in either of the two ways
1>Every year certain castes in ST category be brought to SC ,certain castes from SC to OBC and some from OBC to GENERAL.So that in few years all the castes will be in general category.
2>If the parent has availed the quota the son should not allowed to avail it.
But in no case can their be reservation in jobs ,quotas should be limited to education only.
Rather than giving quotas Govt can encourage them to start bussiness by providing them free of cost training in enterpreneurship and loans at lower rates.
4)RESERACH:-
Govt. should stay away from reserach ,the private sector should be allowed to carry on R&D on various products.Most of our scientists leave our nation and go to abroad b'coz of excessive poltical interference.Govt can do one thing is that it can make available various reserach papers to people.
5)SPORTS:-
Only those sports should be patronised in which indians can compete with the rest of the world.Sports like cricket,hockey,chess,shooting,artillery,wrestling ,light weight category boxing .Other sports like track and field events ,rugby need not be state sponsored if they can find their own sponsors its well and good .
->Academies should be opened at various places to train young budding players.
I have seen a dream "THEIR WILL BE A DAY WHEN EVERY CHILD WILL GO TO SCHOOL. EVERY CHILD WILL HAVE AT LEAST 2 MEALS A DAY.EVERY CHILD HAS ACCESS TO HOSPITAL WHEN ILL ,IF HE HAS TO DIE HE WILL DIE IN THE HOSPITAL RATHER THAN ON THE STREETS "
IF EVERYONE OF US BELIEVES IN NEO NATIONALISM THEN ONE DAY MY DREAM WILL BE FULL FILLED.
